Know the Right Person? Earn $200 (Miami University Referral reward)

Circle 8 is hiring one current Miami University student for a short-term Campus Researcher project focused on understanding student communities and campus life.

The project pays $1,000 for approximately 35 hours over 2–3 weeks (~11.5 hrs per week).

It’s a research role – not sales, marketing, social media, or a campus ambassador position.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Knows Miami University beyond their immediate friend group

• Has a strong understanding of different student communities and parts of campus life

• Is curious about people and how different communities form and connect

• Is comfortable starting conversations with students they don’t already know

• Works independently, stays organized, and reliably follows through

Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are preferred.

How the referral reward works

If the person you refer is hired and begins the project, we’ll pay you $200.
